- Level: Specialist
- Length: 75 minutes
- Exam questions: 9, pass mark 80%, up to 3 attempts

- Map the approvals, codes and consents that can apply, and ask the right authority.
- Plan commissioning, alarms, insurance and a handover that does not rely on a resale gain.

## Questions

### Is this course legal advice?

No. It lists questions to ask the authority that covers your property. It does not say which permit your project needs.

### Does the certificate show I can approve a design?

No. It is a certificate of completion from this site. It records that you passed the exam. It is not a licence or a qualification, and it does not replace an architect, engineer or installer.

### Why does the course cite vendor pages?

Vendor pages show what a vendor publishes. The lessons use them as prompts for your questions. They are not test results or rankings.
